Description

A delightful strawberry tiramisu dessert featuring layers of creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and soft ladyfingers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 ml Sahne
  • 100 g Puderzucker
  • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
  • 200 g Löffelbiskuits
  • 300 g Erdbeeren
  • 150 ml Erdbeersaft oder Espresso
  • Kakaopulver zum Bestäuben

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice them, keeping some for decoration.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy and airy.
  3. Layer the ladyfingers in a baking dish and drizzle with strawberry juice or espresso until well soaked.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining strawberries and dust generously with cocoa powder.
  8. Chill the tiramisu for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld perfectly.

Notes

You can prepare the tiramisu a day in advance for more intense flavors. Mixing different berries can add a fruity twist.
