Description
A delightful strawberry tiramisu dessert featuring layers of creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and soft ladyfingers.

- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 ml Sahne
- 100 g Puderzucker
- 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
- 200 g Löffelbiskuits
- 300 g Erdbeeren
- 150 ml Erdbeersaft oder Espresso
- Kakaopulver zum Bestäuben
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice them, keeping some for decoration.
- Mix the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy and airy.
- Layer the ladyfingers in a baking dish and drizzle with strawberry juice or espresso until well soaked.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Add the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream.
- Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Top with the remaining strawberries and dust generously with cocoa powder.
- Chill the tiramisu for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld perfectly.
Notes
You can prepare the tiramisu a day in advance for more intense flavors. Mixing different berries can add a fruity twist.
