- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- 2 green onions, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Spicy Mayo:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into equal-sized balls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Combine all spicy mayo ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.
