Description

Juicy, savory meatballs paired with a fiery mayo dip, perfect for any gathering or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef and pork mixture
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Spicy Mayo:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into equal-sized balls.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Combine all spicy mayo ingredients in a separate bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.

These meatballs can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
