Description

A vibrant and refreshing mango slaw that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the crunch of red cabbage and carrots, enhanced by lime juice and fresh cilantro.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
