Description

A delightful fusion of chocolate and mint that creates fudgy brownies with a refreshing twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of Mint Aero (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Mix the sugar and eggs in a large bowl until creamy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. Incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the chopped Mint Aero pieces carefully.
  7. Pour the batter into the baking tray and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool and cut into pieces before serving.

Notes

For added texture, consider mixing in walnuts or hazelnuts.
