Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 pack of Mint Aero (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth.
- Mix the sugar and eggs in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well to combine.
- Incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, stirring until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Aero pieces carefully.
- Pour the batter into the baking tray and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and cut into pieces before serving.
Notes
For added texture, consider mixing in walnuts or hazelnuts.
