Creamy and fruity snack bars made with Philadelphia cream cheese and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar (for strawberries)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a large bowl until well combined. Press evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Beat the Philadelphia cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Bake the bars for about 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool briefly, then fully chill.
- Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10-15 minutes to release juices.
- Top the cooled bars with the sweetened strawberries and whipped cream. Serve chilled.
Notes
Prepare the bars a day in advance for better flavor. Can also be made in an air fryer, but baking time may vary.
