A decadent pistachio tiramisu that combines the creamy richness of mascarpone with a nutty pistachio flavor, perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients

- 250g Mascarpone
- 200ml Heavy cream
- 100g Powdered sugar
- 150g Ground pistachios
- 1 cup strong, cooled coffee
- 30–40 Ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Vanilla extract to taste
Instructions
- Beat the mascarpone, cream, and powdered sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Add the ground pistachios and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them evenly in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the pistachio cream evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pistachio cream.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Dust the dessert with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Make this dessert 1-2 days in advance for best flavor. Can experiment with other nuts or add chocolate sauce.
