Description

A decadent pistachio tiramisu that combines the creamy richness of mascarpone with a nutty pistachio flavor, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g Mascarpone
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 100g Powdered sugar
  • 150g Ground pistachios
  • 1 cup strong, cooled coffee
  • 3040 Ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone, cream, and powdered sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Add the ground pistachios and vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pistachio cream evenly over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pistachio cream.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Dust the dessert with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Make this dessert 1-2 days in advance for best flavor. Can experiment with other nuts or add chocolate sauce.
